Dreams & Hopes - Tampa Photographer Janet Ramos
Hello friends!
It’s been a while! It’s time to say hi!
So hello! Here I am. Thanks to my husband who took some recent photos of me you can now have a visual of the face behind Janet Ramos Photography. I’m not one to post photos of myself often but it’s only fair that I practice what I preach.
“Get in front of the lens. Capture those memories if not for yourself then do it for those who love you!”
I recently heard a church sermon in which we were encouraged to discipline (which is my word for 2023) ourselves to write down any hopes, dreams or visions that God gives us. There was much more in the message than just to write it down that spoke to me however, I find myself thinking about it all the time now. I used to write lists and journal prayers for my family and those in need (which I can look back on now and see how God answered) but have never written down my hopes and dreams before. Perhaps, I’ve always been afraid that they would never come true or that someone would read it and think it were silly of me. I’ve shared the message with a couple of my close friends who know about my dreams but now I share this with you with the intention to encourage you to do the same. Let’s have faith that God will bring to fruition all the things He’s placed in our hearts.
Habakkuk 2:2-3 NKJV
The Just Live By Faith
2 Then the Lord answered me and said”
“Write the vision and make it plain on tablets,
That he may run who reads it.
3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time;
But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie.
Though it tarries, wait for it;
Because it will surely come,
It will not tarry.
I’ve begun this journey of jotting down some of my hopes and dreams.
Some big and some little. Some to be kept private and some to share.
to do better at keeping up with media content such as more posts, more blogs that share stores or testimonies and perhaps behind the scene videos.
to bring into reality the dream of creating fine art
to capture more studio sessions,
to travel for shoots that will expand my portfolio
to work with vendors for content creation and styled shoots
to expand my reach to High School Seniors from all the schools in the Tampa Bay area
to capture more families and guide them towards products that fit their needs
to be a blessing whenever I can
